In order to guarantee the life saving integrity of the climbing gear we sell -- PaganGear.com cannot accept returns on any life safety climbing or mountaineering equipment. 

If unused, shoes can be exchanged for a different size or model. 

Please do not climb in them and try to return them. 

Subsequent shipping costs and/or differences in price are the purchaser's sole responsibility.

Orders are NOT charged until shipped.

Most orders will ship within 2-6 business days from the order date.

This applies only to orders with all items in stock.
